課程概述 |
The purpose of this course is to give some practical guidance in the process of extraction and isolation of natural products. |
課程目標 |
To provide the foundation of the relevant knowledge in the field of separation science. Following an introduction to the isolation process, there are a series of lectures dealing with the major techniques used, followed by other aspects of isolation, such as those related to particular sample types, taking short cuts, or making the most of the isolation process. The emphasis is not so much on the isolation of a known natural product for which there may already be reported methods, but on the isolation of compounds of unknown identity. |
